The Asia region has more than 15 Country Networks. While Asia has a lower proportion of SME participants than other regions, it is home to the highest percentage of company participants in the UN Global Compact.

Country Networks in Asia actively collaborate with one another. They discuss opportunities and solutions to common issues at both the regional and sub-regional levels in an effort to generate and scale up impact. Examples of internetwork collaboration include a recent joint publication that highlights Local Network best practices.

To improve the enabling environment for responsible business and to embed corporate sustainability into national agendas, Country Networks have facilitated multistakeholder dialogues between businesses and policymakers.
