Overview
The partners of the International Action Platform for Food systems are convening a 'co-creation working lunch meeting' during UN General Assembly week in New York. The meeting is organised by the food working group of the Local Networks of the United Nations Global Compact. The group is working to create a private sector led initiative at UN level on food and agribusiness. With the United Nations Climate Change Conference scheduled for November 2022, the coming months will be crucial for raising global awareness of the vital role of food systems in achieving a resilient, zero-emissions future and the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.
