I am pleased to confirm that Worley reaffirms its support of the Ten Principles of the United Nations Global Compact in the areas of Human Rights, Labour, Environment and Anti-Corruption.
In this annual Communication on Progress, we describe our actions to continually improve the integration of the Global Compact and its principles into our business strategy, culture and daily operations. We also commit to share this information with our stakeholders using our primary channels of communication.

We are resolute in our protection of human rights and upholding the 10 principles of the UNGC and this commitment is stated in our Corporate Responsibility Performance Report. We have responded to legislation changes in modern slavery and our Global Commitment is to stamp out modern slavery.

We have undertaken awareness raising exercises and have highlighted issues around modern slavery to our staff. We published our first Modern Slavery Statement in 2019 in accordance with UK Legislation. Our Risk Assessment procedures are written to ensure we are not working with companies or on projects where there have been instances of human rights abuse.

We constantly review how we monitor and evaluate performance in this area and our operations are subject to human right reviews or impact assessments to ascertain compliance.

Our commitments are aligned to the Ethical Trade Initiative and International Labor Organization Conventions and requite that:

We operate an ethics helpline and support whistle blowers.
Our Corporate Responsibility Performance Report highlights our approach to labor rights and polices and is highly promoted both within the company and with our customers and stakeholders.

We undertake diversity monitoring and actively have in place programme and initiatives to support the indigenous peoples employment opportunities.
We also have a Risk Assessment Procedure in place which highlights and addresses labor issues addressed in our commitments which are aligned to the Ethical Trade Initiative and International Labor Organization Conventions.

We report to the Carbon Disclosure Project on our annual carbon footprint and set reduction targets.
We have a commitment to delivering the ambitions set by the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
We actively support our clients manage and reduce their environmental impact using our EcoNomics approach and will be looking to strengthen this over the next 12 months.

This year we ran a Corporate Responsibility/Sustainability Month where we undertook a series of global webinars outlining the company's ambitions around sustainability and environmental action.
We have established and continually seek to increase the number of global sustainability champions we have across our business supporting corporate responsibility and sustainability activity with our customers and in respect of our own corporate performance.
Our Risk Assessment Procedure includes a Responsible Business Assessment process which highlight risks associated with carbon intensive projects.
We have established a Climate Change Working Group which is working towards relevant disclosure consistent with the recommendations of the Task Force on Climate Related Financial Disclosures.

We use a range of mechanism to monitor our environmental performance, which include Carbon Disclosure Project Reporting and the Global Reporting Index (GRI) system to capture performance.

Having a very proactive and positive approach to dealing with corruption is key for Worley. Our Risk Assessment Process and Responsible Business Assessment ensure we investigate such matters before embarking on working with clients or on projects.
