公司以人为本,为了确保员工安全,营造舒适的工作环境,我司不仅设置了工会,同时出台了一些列保护员工安全、维护员工利息的相关政策。
每日部门例会,强调安全第一。同时对各个区域进行风险评估,有高风险的区域进行整改,或者操作员佩戴相关安全帽、耳塞、口罩。粘贴安全操作说明,每年进行安全培训和考核。同时定期对相关人员进行体检。
行政楼和车间实行可视化6S管理,明确责任人,每日进行6s审核,确保员工工作环境安全卫生。
同时每年2次6s培训,让新老员工都意识到6s的重要性,让每一个员工思想上意识到6s的重要性,从而更好得执行和实施6s。
2022年,我司斥资两百万人民币为车间安装空调,夏日车间工作温度基本可以保证在28°左右。同时每年夏季都免费提供冷饮给各位同事。近几年车间无一例中暑事件。同时为了保证公司员工免遭工作场所骚扰,我司工会设立了举报中心,任何员工都可以针对工作中遭受的不公平待遇提出异议,或者举报工作中被掩盖的错误和弊端。我们制定了严密公正的举报机制,不会泄露举报者的信息。举报中心会定期查看举报内容,并积极行动解决隐患。为大家营造公平、公正、舒适、愉悦的工作环境。
针对危险品的存储和使用,我司也出台了《危险品使用说明》,同时指定了危险品管理员,任何人都无法直接越过管理员而接触到危险品。危险品的报废处理也是与专业的危险品处理公司合作,尽量将污染做到最小。 每年也会进行危险品使用培训,让大家了解这些危险品的特征和使用方法,以及突发事件的处理。

公司一直以来都遵守《国际劳工组织公约》,和每一位员工签订平等的劳动合同,工资标准也高于本市最低工资。 加班费按时计算。从无强迫加班。
每个部门都有员工的技能矩阵图,通过平常工作种的考核鉴定员工的薄弱之处,并展开培训,有针对性得提高员工技能和效率。积极鼓励员工提出意见和建议。
招聘时,核对员工身份证禁止一切童工。对于家庭困难的员工,公司还有对应的帮扶机制。员工子女上大学,公司也会给予奖励。 招聘种也禁止性别歧视、种族歧视,目前我司在职人员,其中汉族331人,回族一人,白族一人。
同时我司也与当地高校建立联系,设置专业班,专业班的同学可直接对接我司岗位,培训就业一次解决。

公司一直致力于营造安全、健康、舒适的工作环境。 今年公司斥资修理了厂内路面和车间路面,并标记车辆行驶路线和逃生路线。绿植覆盖率也逐年上升。
车间每年都会进行风险评估,并进行改正和培训。 实行6s可视化,并有对应的考核和培训。车间内斥资两百万安装空调,员工夏季也能在舒适的温度下操作。产品工艺也不断在优化,尽量减少污染和碳排放。在确保质量的前提下,优先选择可循环使用物料,引用ERP系统,减少纸张使用,倡导大家节约粮食和用水用电。废弃品也都咨询正规厂家处理。每年还会进行环保培训,提高员工环保意识,鼓励员工对节约能源提出意见和建议。

公司旨在和客户以及供应商建立健康的合作关系。对客户,我们以质量和服务赢得信任,对供应商我们也有完整健全的评估体系,并设有举报机制,禁止任何形式的行贿受贿。
公司出台了反腐败反贿赂制度,敏感部门人员需要签署廉洁承诺书。同时公司也定期召开反腐倡廉培训,提高员工反腐倡廉的意识。腐败是毒瘤,损害公司与无形之中,需要我们大家齐心协力抵制不良风气。
回顾2022年,我司这一年不仅业绩稳步上升,同时内部制度也在不断完善,始终保持学习,保持进步。感谢联合国全球契约组织对我司的指导,让我们不断地完善自身,遇见更好的自己。加入联合国全球契约也是我们做得最正确也是最幸运的事!
