    Le Groupe MEDIA6 s’engage fermement à promouvoir et à respecter la protection du droit international relatif aux droits de l’Homme. La direction reste vigilante afin de ne pas se rendre complice de violations de ces droits fondamentaux.
    Cet engagement s’applique à l’ensemble des filiales du Groupe dans le monde entier ainsi qu’aux fournisseurs et autres prestataires habituels.
    Les responsables de filiales ont toute la latitude décisionnelle pour prendre les décisions qui s’imposent autour des thématiques suivantes :
    - Appliquer scrupuleusement la réglementation en matière du droit de travail.

    - Être vigilant sur le respect de l’interdiction complète du travail des enfants.

    - Veillez au respect de l’égalité des traitements et des salaires entre les travailleurs sans aucune discrimination basée sur le genre, l’origine ou tout autre critère non basé sur la compétence effective.

    - Combattre les discriminations, toute forme de harcèlement et les pratiques pouvant être assimilées à du travail forcé.

    - Permettre la concertation entre les salariés dans le cadre légal approprié tant qu’elle est collective, organisée et responsable.

    - Ne pas délibérément exposer les salariés ou les consommateurs à des risques inappropriés pouvant causer des maladies ou des accidents.

    Tous les salariés doivent être vigilants quant au respect de ces règles et partagent ces responsabilités.
