Human Rights

  • VILLANORTHAM recognize as an inalienable rigth of all members of the Human Race the rigth to be Educated and Informed about the reality in their society, in the world situation. We believe that the first tool, the essential tool to faigth aginst tyranny and oppression is the rigth to know what are the variables in life that could affect them directly in his every day life, so in yhis way they will be able to do rigth choises to have a better leife, a better world, to have a life plenty of freedom and dignity.

  • VILLANORTHAM train educate and inform to his partners and employees about his labour rigths and the company policies. Since our company is a Consultant company specialized in enviroment, finance,commerce and lobbying, there is not potential risk for our employees in their task, wich are limited to be in the office or visit goverment or private companies offices, but still they count with social security to cover any accident or illness. Villanortham look forward to elevate the quality of life of his employees through education and goals reached by the company and spreding with them the profits.

  • We at VILLANORTHAM apply our policies wherever we find an incident with employees, parteners or co associated companies, even in the goverment offices. ince we are a very small company we evaluate our progress day by day and person to person to find out if there is any violation, wich in or case we are happy to say we have a very good relationship with our empoyess who are our friends as well.

We now days work mainly in this world problem, is our footprint in everyproject we have. We look forward to be SO involve with the UN eviromental projects throug the Global Compact, UNEP and MILLENIUM GOALS that is or every day task to be informed and participate as much as we can with them.

  • At VILLNORTHAM adopted a new commercial name and it is as follows: BLUE GREEN PLANET PROJECTS & SOLUTIONS. We worked for about 14 years only with the Petroleum industry, we have been earising those clients, clients that we think have been hurting the enviroment at the earth and we work now for a Solar company, ABENGOA as a consultants and promotors of their technology in Mexico. We are working as well building a project called Free walls schools, where we can teach to the poorest in Mexico about the world enviromental problems, like the poison waters by the human actions, how the fossil energies creates CO2 and poison the atmosphere and why we need to change from fossil to renewals energies. At VILLANORTHAM We are being educated about how to mesure each one of us our footprint in the planet, how much CO@ create each one of us in our everyday life and how we can faigth against it. En short, our Commintment is with the Planet, with the Human race.

  • As I said, at VILLANORTHAM we are begginig to be educated to measure our production of CO2 and we will review this subject periodicly probably month by month, person to person. t VILLANORTHAM we compromised with the Global Compact to be part of the change in the behavior of our congeneres and any company, goverment or association related with us. And we commit to deall wherever we finfd a poison conduct against the enviroment. We have been participating in the Conferences and Summits ( already 2 for us) in person and these were the COP 16 at Cancun, mexico and at Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, in this second event we sent a Video we create for this meeting who was produced and craeted by VILANORTHAM in May of 2012.

Anti-Corruption

  • At VILLANORTHAM we assessment and declare that there is a real risk of corruption and bribery in oru country and the industries where we work and to faigth against it to have a Declaration of Zero-Tolerance for corruption inside the company that works for shareholders and employees. We agree and act along with the declarations at the UN Convention aAgainst Corruption

  • We aware and train our shareholders , associates and employees about this risk and in special with some comapnies or goverment offices.At VILLANORTHAM we decide to get rid of some clients because we thougth they were not acting with all hoestity and even it represented a loss of income we prefered not to be pert of such a situations.
