  • Aligned with Aquafilter's Code of Conduct, this document summarizes Aquafilter Europe Ltd's position on key human rights issues and embodies common principles laid out in the UN Global Compact, the UN Declaration of Human Rights, core International labor Organization Conventions, the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises and the laws of the countries in which we operate.

  • Employees of the Aquafilter Europe Ltd follows the open door policy where the employee is free to walk in to the Human Resources manager with the grievance respect to personal or professional and as we comply to the Human rights principle we actively provide solution by taking into consideration any issues related to work place or subordinates by actively supporting.

    We have timely Trainings for the staff by the HR department so that all the employess as well as new joinees are aware of the company's policies.

  • To evaluate the performance of the employee for the year there is a process of Quarterly review as well as Yearly review where both the line managers as well as the reportee is aware for the progress.Human Resources department closely monitor the progress of all the employees in case any disparity the solution is been provided with the consultation with the Line mangers.

    We at Aquafilter Europe Ltd,deal very strictly with the employee irrespective of the position being held in the organization being found withheld of violating the company code of conducts and human rights if the behaviour is observed as not complying with company's vision or scope and can be seen as threat to the other working employees working in the organization can be issued a notice .

    If the person is found guilty of any malpractices within the organisation even after repeated warning or notices has not shown any progress can be issued a termination from the organisation.

    Even though we at Aquafilter Europe Ltd proud of our Employees and their dedication towards the organisation has not witnessed any such incidents .

Labour

  • Workplace Safety and Environmental Quality:
    Aquafilter Europe Ltd, is committed to achieving high standards of environmental quality and product safety, and to providing a safe and healthful workplace for our employees, contractors, and communities. We strive to comply with all applicable regulatory requirements as a minimum and implement programs and processes to achieve greater protection, where appropriate. We support a precautionary approach to the materials used in our products. We strive to conserve energy, water, and other natural resources; and reduce the environmental burden of waste generation and emissions to the air, water and land.

    Child or Forced Labor:
    Aquafilter Europe Ltd, will not employ anyone under the age of 16 in any position,
    and workers under the age of 18 should not perform hazardous work. Aquafilter Europe Ltd, expects its suppliers to comply with this expectation in placing contingent workers on Aquafilter Europe Ltd assignment. Aquafilter Europe Ltd will not allow forced, bonded, or indentured labor practices in our operations, and we forbid harsh or inhumane treatment, including corporal punishment or the threat of corporal punishment.

    Working Hours and Minimum Wages.
    Workweeks are not to exceed the maximum set by local law. Aquafilter Europe Ltd expects employee compensation to comply with applicable wage laws, including those related to minimum wages, overtime hours, and legally mandated benefits.

    Aquafilter Europe Ltd, expects its suppliers to comply with applicable laws and requirements concerning occupational health, safety and environmental protection, to strive for a workplace free of occupational injuries and illnesses, and to engage in manufacturing practices that minimize negative impact to the environment and the community. We expect suppliers to maintain progressive employment practices that meet or exceed all applicable laws and relevant external codes. These practices include nondiscrimination in employment practices, prohibiting the use of child or forced labor,
    respecting the rights of freedom of association and collective bargaining, and complying with applicable wages and benefits laws and working hours. In the event local standards do not exist, suppliers shall nonetheless establish progressive employment practices and shall apply are in compliance with European Union Directive EU standards where appropriate.

    These principles are intended to succinctly express Aquafilter Europe Ltd's commitment to ethical and legal business, environmental, human rights, and labor practices on a worldwide basis.     As company is a part of ISO certification where we take care of our employess with utmost care and tender support .Perodically the line managers and the senior management has a quarterly review of employees with the Human resource department where the employees are able to express their opinion and raise the issues related to the work related issues.
