    I confirm that GENCTUR reaffirms its support of the Ten Principles of the United Nations Global Compact in the areas of Human Rights, Labour, Environment and Anti-Corruption.

    In this annual Communication on Progress, we describe our actions to continually improve the integration of the Global Compact and its principles into our business strategy, culture and daily operations. We also commit to share this information with our stakeholders using our primary channels of communication.

Human Rights
  • Assessment, policy and goals
  • Description of the relevance of human rights for the company (i.e. human rights risk-assessment). Description of policies, public commitments and company goals on Human Rights.

  • All service receivers are treated equally by GENCTUR, regardles their race, nationality, gender, age, religion, belief, language. The same rules are applied for the employement process.

  • Implementation
  • Description of concrete actions to implement Human Rights policies, address Human Rights risks and respond to Human Rights violations.

  • Above rule is implemented by the staff.

Labour

  • As a smale scale company with only 10 staff, GENCTUR respects the rights of the staff. Wage payments are done regularly and on time. Annual day offs and vacations are used by the staff according to their length of service. All staff are regisdtered and insured.

Environment

  • GENCTUR's environment policy is based on saving and less consuming.

  • In GENCTUR we try to use the less harmful electronic tools, save water, paper and energy. Collect the garbage separately and recylcle as much as possible.

  • As most of our work is done on the paper we try to avoid printing if not really necessary and keep all correspondance in digitalform. Both sides of papers are used. Used papers are collected and sent for recycling.

Anti-Corruption

  • All incomes and expenses are registered and transparant in order to avoid the corruption. Taxes and insurance premiums are paid in time and regularly.
