Endesa sistematically shares its COP with its stakeholders through different ways. In general terms, Endesa publishes press releases to make it public when its COP is finished. Then, all types of stakeholders can access at this COP through Endesa's website in spanish and english.

Besides that, in order to increase the dissemination of the COP, some actions are taken systematically each year:

- COPs are given as complementary documentation to every shareholder on the annual General Assemblies.

- COPs are widely sent to: media, ONGs, regulators and authorities, academic institutions, Endesa's employees, competitors and colleagues in other sectors
