A printed report is distributed to stakeholders by mail. A separate summary report with highlights is distributed to all employees either in printed format or electronically. The report is also launched during an event where key stakeholders are invited to. This year the event was a carbon neutral event where awareness was raised that each and everybody can play a role in reducing their carbon footprint. An independent guest speaker is asked to comment on the report. The speeches are available as podcast on the following website: http://www.corpcam.com/showstream.aspx?presid=1748#
The report is also available on the website with the possibility for stakeholder to post questions. These questions are answered and posted back on the website for all to view.
