  • Total published its Communication on Progress in its 2003 Corporate Social Responsibility report “Sharing our Energies”. The report contains a statement of continued support for the Global Compact in the forward by Thierry Desmarest, and the company’s commitment is explained in the “Global and Local Challenges” of the report (page 10). The report also highlights how Total’s contribute to the Global Compact’s objective by contributing capabilities and experience to sustainable development.
