  • Each year Rhodia is publishing a Sustainable Development Report to explain stakeholders its SD good practices, SD approach and continuous improvement plan. Our Report is distributed or transmitted via internet to local Community, customers, suppliers, employees. The SD approach of Rhodia is named Rhodia Way and based on a network of 100 employees who are our local messenger of the SD approach of the Group. The Communication Department rely SD good practices via the intranet magazine. At last our SD Vice President regularly takes place in Conference on SD approach to University or professional and expert public.

  • Principle 1 - Businesses should support and respect the protection of internationally proclaimed human rights
  • Principle 2 - Make sure that they are not complicit in human rights abuses
  • Principle 3 - Businesses should uphold freedom of association & effective recognition of the right to collective bargaining
