OMV Communication on Progress

  • At the Annual OMV Stakeholder Forum in Vienna(Austria) where the Executive Board invites stakeholders (NGOs, political parties, employees, Civil Society interest groups etc.) to discuss the stakeholders' expectations towards the company and on the other hand to present OMV's activities on CSR to the stakeholders.

    Those activities are based on the OMV commitment to the United Nations Global Compact. Regarding a Third Party Assurance of the COP, the HSE part of the Communication on Progress is assured.

  • Principle 1 - Businesses should support and respect the protection of internationally proclaimed human rights
  • Principle 2 - Make sure that they are not complicit in human rights abuses
  • Principle 3 - Businesses should uphold freedom of association & effective recognition of the right to collective bargaining

  • Principle 10 - Businesses should work against all forms of corruption, including extortion and bribery
