ALTANA has its own Code of Conduct which contains precise rules and references regarding responsible behaviour. It calls on all employees to act lawfully and ethically and aims to raise the awareness of certain issues, such as antitrust and insider law, environmental protection, safety, anti-corruption regulations, as well as discrimination.
