  • The COP progress is embedded in the TMS Group Social Compliance program. These actions and results are shared directly with respective customers, through joint compliance reviews and BSCI qualifications. Our suppliers are linked in every step of the process through acknowledgment, documented verification and adherence to established standards for social compliance. The same is true for internal TMS Group stakeholders who are involved in sourcing and/or dealing directly with our suppliers.This sharing of information is done through the TMS Group level and regional compliance officers.
