El reporte de sustentabilidad es enviado a la conduccion, directorio y accionistas de la empresa, a distribuidores y proveedores estrategicos, a entidades academicas, organizaciones sociales, colegas de otras empresas y espacios de debate de la RSE, etc.
Asimismo, un resumen del documento es entregado a los 20.000 empleados de la empresa, y tambien acompana al envio a contactos externos.
