Description
  • The COP is integrated in our annual Sustainable Development report, which for Bayer is a central element to achieve the goal to give our stakeholders comprehensive and candid information on how we as a company are promoting global sustainable development. We furthermore post it on our website:http://www.sustainability2008.bayer.com/en/homepage.aspx, where it may be downloaded. We distribute our SD-Report to a wide range of different key stakeholders, ranging from employees, customers, suppliers, investors and analysts, direct neighbors at our sites and of non-governmental organizations (NGOs),

politicians and the general public. The publication of our SD-Report(print and website)is accompanied by a press release.-

We point out to e.g.customers and suppliers (on different occasions) that we are not only committed to the UN Global Compact principles, but that we also publish an annual COP.

With this year's report we connect an online stakeholder survey to obtain feedback on our reporting and stakeholder engagement.
