Description
  • The software ProDeD, developed by Groupe CEGID, meets the new reporting requirements. It works in a dynamic and recurrent way, to measure and follow the performances of organizations in terms of stable development.

ProDeD enables to process and consolidate the data, including the group of parameter indicators and detailed and qualitative figures for the economic, social, societal and environmental performance.

ProDeD enables all organizations, private or public (small or medium-sized business/industry, companies/groups, professional organizations, accounting cabinets, environmental experts and administration):

To globalize the data and analyze them as a whole or as homogeneous subset

To elaborate the NRE report in terms of management and stable development

To follow the indicators monthly or yearly, via five exercises

To control the result and analyze the discrepancy by …?

To take into account the changes of structure and the changes of organization

To comply with the legislations and to the regulations newly in force

    To trace the data.

All of the indicators are parameterized; the user can add or delete some indicators.

ProDeD also enables to collect and consolidate all the data from the subsidiary companies.

This software works in the form of Excel®, with English and French (and other languages if needed). The report exported from ProDeD can be converted into a Word® document.ProDeD enables complete control of the entire chain of reporting, from gathering data, auditing, to the publication of the CSR report.

ProDeD offers a real time view of the consolidated, social and environmental impact of firm’s activities that help them to pilot their CSR policy.

This software has been already adopted by La Direction Régionale de l’Environnement de Haute Normandie and le Centre Technique du Bois.
