Before the final version of the COP was issued it was reviewed by FDC directors and process leaders. After published, the COP was distributed to our counselors, with whom it was later discussed in a meeting, and also shared with employees and clients, who can read it in our Intranet and library. Later, hundreds of copies were distributed to stakeholders at HSM Expomanagement, in São Paulo, the world’s largest executive education event. Throughout the year, copies were also given to community leaders and regional authorities who visited our campus.
