    PTTGC has developed Code of Conduct and legal compliance covering good corporate governance, human rights, labor rights, fair employment, and social responsibility, as well as defines indicators for social and environmental management processes.

    PTTGC has conducted Human rights due diligence, monitoring, and risk assessment processes to prevent any violation. Moreover, PTTGC is expanding the practices to our suppliers and customers.

    PTTGC has the mechanism to evaluate and monitor labor-related operations through the activities that stakeholders participated in, the employee satisfaction survey and the evaluation and monitoring of partners' performance.

    To ensure the effectiveness of the integration of the labor principles, PTTGC constantly monitors any changes in regulations. Also, PTTGC reviews its practices regularly, in order to improve the standard.

    PTTGC highly value and respect the Labor rights, so PTTGC has been conducting the business in accordance to applicable laws and regulation where PTTGC invested in. For instance, Thai Labor Law, The ILO Convention and TLS 8001-2003 have been applied.

    PTTGC defines a clear environmental targets, therefore the environmental performance can be audited and monitored systematically through the defined KPIs, both at the corporate and department level.

    PTTGC has collaborated at the national level, in order to deliver Thai people with beneficiary. For instance, participating in the formation of Bioeconomy and Easter Economic Corridor, as well as Easter Economic Corridor for Innovation.

    PTTGC has been collaborated with other 5 companies in Rayong area (PTTGC's main operating area) to established "Friend for Commnunity" group to strategically provide assistance to surrounding communities.

    A member of Board of Directors is a chairman of Sustainability Steering Committee. This is to oversee and provide appropriate guidance on sustainability management.
