Our Employee Relations (ER) Impact Assessment is a due diligence process in line with UN Business and Human Rights guiding principles. We have conducted 15 ER impact assessments so far and plan to continue our visits in growth market countries in 2016.

Group has its 6-Step Approach to environmental management, an internal process based on ISO 14001. External certifications are conducted at larger sites and sites with standardized processes. In 2015, 56% of Group’s global sites were ISO 14001 certified.
