    Please kindly be informed that Ganda Construction Foreign Trade and Consultancy Co. Ltd. continue its support to the Ten Principles of The United Nations Global Compact and also implement and improve related actions in its business activities.

Human Rights
  • Assessment, policy and goals
  • Description of the relevance of human rights for the company (i.e. human rights risk-assessment). Description of policies, public commitments and company goals on Human Rights.

  • Ganda respect to Universal Decleration of Human Rights in all means. Also within our ISO 9001 Qualification System Handbook, the support to Human Rights is mentioned briefly and is decleared to all permenant and temporary personell.

  • Implementation
  • Description of concrete actions to implement Human Rights policies, address Human Rights risks and respond to Human Rights violations.

  • Every personel is given a list of contact information of key personel in the company and are fully free to consult and/or contact those in case they have any Word to say about their and their team's rights.

    Hopefully, we have a great team who support us to improve our quality system depending primarily on the individual awareness and know-how.

  • Measurement of outcomes
  • Description of how the company monitors and evaluates performance.

  • Twice a year, according to our ISO 9001 system, internal audits are made to monitor the performance and coordination of our teams in case of techical and moral affairs. We implement Corrective Actions in case needed to solve and/or improve stability of human sources and decrease the turnover of personnel.

Labour
  • Assessment, policy and goals
  • Description of the relevance of labour rights for the company (i.e. labour rights-related risks and opportunities). Description of written policies, public commitments and company goals on labour rights.

  • Our Quality System Handbook mentions company principles regarding freedom of association and related subjects, as well as our support for local Turkish Law of Labour which has allready covers the human rights and labour rights.

  • Implementation
  • Description of concrete actions taken by the company to implement labour policies, address labour risks and respond to labour violations.

  • Twice a year, according to our ISO 9001 system, internal audits are made to monitor the performance and coordination of our teams in case of techical and moral affairs. We implement Corrective Actions in case needed to solve and/or improve stability of human sources and decrease the turnover of personnel.

  • We try to get responses and outcomes from local labours other then the original nationality of our company and fullfill100% compliance with those, where ever they come from.

    Ganda is proud to hire labours from the target countries to support local labour policies.

Environment

  • Description of the relevance of environmental protection for the company (i.e. environmental risks and opportunities). Description of policies, public commitments and company goals on environmental protection.

  • Ganda announce to all personnel to respect environment in all business cycles as well as human rights. We believe we have the responsibility of what we consume from natüre and have to pay them back to natüre.

  • Implementation
  • Description of concrete actions to implement environmental policies, address environmental risks and respond to environmental incidents.

  • In our offices and sites that we work, we have all necessary tools and methods to use recycled materials, also collect any batteries and spare papers in suitable banks and boxes to be sent to local municipality departments for recycling.

    In all company business activities, we built the system to run on electronic devices and copies to prevent usage of unnecessary papers.

  • The Works of collecting wastes in our offices and sites are monitored with receipts and mentioned in Daily status reports.

Anti-Corruption
  • Assessment, policy and goals
  • Description of the relevance of anti-corruption for the company (i.e. anti-corruption risk-assessment). Description of policies, public commitments and company goals on anti-corruption.

  • Ganda propose and commit to work on ethical and wise basis in its activities. The desired success should come from know-how, hard working and respect to others.

  • Implementation
  • Description of concrete actions to implement anti-corruption policies, address anti-corruption risks and respond to incidents.

  • Any idea or information of facing an action of unethical movement, extortion or bribary is fully disagreed by all management of the company. Ganda protects the rights and safety of all its workers against unethical actions and behaviours.

  • Measurement of outcomes
  • Description of how the company monitors and evaluates anti-corruption performance.

  • All of the personnel are free to contact their 1st degreee managers and key personnel of the company as well in order to keep business safe, clean and ethically compliant.
