  • I am pleased to confirm that LLC "КОНЭКС" reaffirms its support of the Ten Principles of the United Nations Global Compact in the areas of Human Rights, Labour, Environment and Anti-Corruption.
    We intend to continue enforce all the above mentioned principles in our organization and put all efforts to encourage these practices within our region and neighboring areas. And to advance the broader development goals of the United Nations and the Millennium Development Goals in particular.
    In this annual Communication on Progress, we describe our actions to continually improve the integration of the Global Compact and its principles into our business strategy, culture and daily operations. We also commit to share this information with our stakeholders using our primary channels of communication.

Human Rights
  • Assessment, policy and goals
  • Description of the relevance of human rights for the company (i.e. human rights risk-assessment). Description of policies, public commitments and company goals on Human Rights.

  • Purpose КОНЭКС is to influence our employees and all our business partners respect the Universal Declaration of Human Rights .КОНЭКС's company policy to respect human rights and to prevent a potential abuse .
    КОНЭКС has a written policy and is committed to ensuring that all our employees are treated fairly and with respect.
    In the coming year we will work with our partners in order to see if they are members of the Global Compact and actively encourage them to support and attach them to the Global Compact .

  • We published and actively informed all our suppliers, partners and employees of our commitment to human rights and encouraged them to support us. KONEKS has a complaints procedure in place and offers to employees to request application about any problems that exist in the workplace .

  • In the past year КОНЭКС has not been subject to any investigations, legal cases or incidents involving Human Rights violations.
    Senior management will audit suppliers annually without any warning to ensure that they are working within the defined guidelines of human rights.

Labour

  • КОНЭКС supports the ILO Core Conventions and will not do business with any organisation who uses forced or child labour.
    All КОНЭКС s employees are issued with a contract of employment which clearly states their terms and conditions including pay rates and overtime pay arrangements. All staff are issued with a Company Handbook which includes information on standard terms and conditions of employment, company benefits, company rules, grievance and disciplinary procedures.

  • Each employee can submit their complaints and / or questions in relation to unfair treatment. These complaints will be reviewed by senior management and would be discussed immediately.
    KONEKS has an union for workers to discuss issues with management in respect of employment and wages and career fair development.
    KONEKS provides equal opportunities to all employees, regardless of race, religion, nationality and gender.

  • КОНЭКС has not been invovled in any investigations, legal cases or other relevant events related to the contravention of the Global Compact Labour principles.
    Outcomes will be measured with annual external audits conducted with senior management.

Environment

  • Our environmental policy reflects our commitment to environmental protection and competent Using resources.

  • КОНЭКС regularly conducts training for environmental protection,
    implemented programs to reduce waste, reduce consumption of resources (energy, fossil fuels, water, electricity, paper, packaging, etc.).

Anti-Corruption

  • КОНЭКС supports the UNGC principles on anti-corruption. We work strongly against corruption in all its forms, including extortion and bribery.
    КОНЭКС complies with all anti-corruption regulations set by the national government where we do business and international bodies worldwide. It is КОНЭКС s policy to conduct business in an honest way, and without the use of corrupt practices or acts of bribery to obtain an unfair advantage.

  • There have been no incidents so far and staff is fully aware that they should talk to their line managers immediately in case there are causes for concern.
    The company's CEO and staff are fully committed to following the principles of ethics in business and the principles that guide the Global Compact.
