Human Rights
  • Assessment, policy and goals

  • UIC has internal policy comply's with international Human Rights policy and prevent human rights abuse.

  • Implementation
  • Description of concrete actions to implement Human Rights policies, address Human Rights risks and respond to Human Rights violations.

  • Internal policy contain Human recourse procedures which supports Human Rights.
    Training in Human Rights in arranged for employees.

  • No Human Rights abuse was reported, the company however makes sure of respecting Human Rights.

Labour

  • UIC has internal policy which uphold the freedom of association and collective bargaining and elimination of forced labour, child labour and employment discrimination.

    The human recourse section of the internal policy supports the labour rights principles.
