    To our stakeholders:

I am pleased to reaffirm our commitment to the UN Global Compact. Our approach to running SFA Group incorporates the 10 UNGC principles, covering human rights, labour, environment and anti-corruption, while helping to achieve the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

OUR COMMITMENT AND ACTIONS ARE ORGANISED AROUND THE 3 FUNDAMENTAL PILLARS OF CSR:

    SOCIAL :
Respect and dignity for everyone who comes into contact with our brands: employees, stakeholders and users, both in our business and in the use of our products.

    ECOLOGY :
Preserving water, natural resources and limiting our carbon impact, with our high-performance solutions and products, designed to last.

    ECONOMY :
A lively and inventive spirit, the choice of reliable and virtuous partners, to design market-changing solutions that are accessible to as many people as possible.

We have taken action to reduce our waste generation. Following our CSR roadmap, we have eliminated most polystyrene from our packaging and reduced single-use plastic.
In May 2022, following the anti-corruption training initiative, the training campaign on discrimination, harassment, diversity and inclusion in the workplace was launched to raise awareness and empower our internal stakeholders.
In September, we launched the SFA Group website, which not only introduces our values and area of expertise, but also explains our CSR commitment, shares our policies and provides our stakeholders with our anonymous reporting tool SpeakUp.
We are committed to further reducing our environmental footprint. The first solar photovoltaic panels have already been installed at our production site in the South of France, with the aim of having a total of 16 000 m² installed by 2023.
We look forward to achieving even more next year and are proud to present our first Communication on Progress, which details our strategy, commitments and results to achieve our own corporate sustainability and implement our selected SDGs.

    Yours respectively,

    Claude Perdriel
    General Manager – Partner
