The United Nations Global Compact (UNGC), the largest corporate sustainability effort in the world, is an organization DOKU Group Ltd. is happy to be a part of. I'm happy to reaffirm DOKU Group Ltd.'s dedication to the ten principles of the UN Global Compact in the areas of human rights, Labour, the environment, and anti-corruption. Like many other like-minded firms and individuals, we engage in activities that advance social goals. I'm happy to report that DOKU has reiterated its support for the 10 UNGC principles, which include those pertaining to human rights, labour, the environment, and anti-corruption. We will go into detail on how these principles are incorporated into our fundamental principles and management philosophy, as well as the steps taken to make sure they guide all levels of decision-making. in our organisation.

DOKU Group Ltd. upholds the rights to fair employment conditions, associational freedom, equal access to opportunities, and protection from discrimination. In order to regularly evaluate and strengthen our human rights due diligence procedures and incorporate the results into our operating procedures, DOKU keeps an eye out for concerns relating to human rights in our industry. We support the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights in addition to being a Participant in the UN Global Compact. Through our management policies and procedures, as well as through offering education and training to our Employees, we put our respect for human rights into practice. All of our subcontractors are required to follow our human rights policy, practices, and standards as well as the laws of the country where we do business.

In all the engineering businesses in which it is active, DOKU Group Ltd. implements policies to encourage ethical corporate conduct and fight corruption. To prevent corruption and ensure that personnel refrain from engaging in any commercial activity that violates our ethical standards, we have policies and controls in place. We regularly check our systems for warning signs to ensure that our policies are being followed. This role is engaged in choosing an appropriate business, training, risk assessments, and trade practice compliance.
