    To our stakeholders:

    I am pleased to confirm that BI Management Group reaffirms its support of the Ten Principles of the United Nations Global Compact in the areas of Human Rights, Labour, Environment and Anti-Corruption.

    In this annual Communication on Progress, we describe our actions to continually improve the integration of the Global Compact and its principles into our business strategy, culture and daily operations. We also commit to share this information with our stakeholders using our primary channels of communication.

Human Rights
  • Assessment, policy and goals
  • Description of the relevance of human rights for the company (i.e. human rights risk-assessment). Description of policies, public commitments and company goals on Human Rights.

  • We are a strong believer and advocate in human rights and mental positive wellbeing. here are some projects / initiatives which we launched:-

    1. An online knowledge lab (www.drclb.com) with a focus to improving the mental, physical and emotion wellbeing of people through education, empowerment, and community-based support.
    2. We have rolled out a 4 day work week program since Oct 2021.
    3. We support women, gender equality and include persons with disabilities in our organisation.

    Our goals for 2023:
    1. To present work opportunities to more women and persons with disabilities
    2. to out reach human rights advocacy in Africa through drclb lab

We understand well- being is important in a high-performance culture and strive to give our people the support and flexibility they need. We address the physical security of our workforce through our office and travel practices. We have policies and follow processes that address privacy and the use of personal information.
