  • I am pleased to confirm that Blueyse reaffirms its support of the Ten Principles of the United Nations Global Compact in the areas of Human Rights, Labour, Environment and Anti-Corruption.

    In this annual Communication on Progress, we describe our actions to continually improve the integration of the Global Compact and its principles into our business strategy, culture and daily operations. We also commit to sharing this information with our stakeholders using our primary channels of communication.

Human Rights
  • Assessment, policy and goals

  • We acknowledge the importance of supporting and protecting the UN Human Rights Charter as they are consistently developing and renewing internal procedures for human rights advocacy. The respect for human rights is integrated in our Code of Conduct and Human Resource Policy, which clearly describes the rights and obligations of employees and management.

  • Here at Blueyse, we support the Human Rights principles through these activities implemented:
    Blueyse respects and protects human rights in our daily operations.
    Blueyse provides a safe and respectful working environment to all its employees.
    Blueyse provides a third-party agency that allows employees to receive help on gender discrimination and transgressive behavior
    Blueyse respects all employees’ traditions and rituals that are connected to various religions and cultures and provides suitable opportunities for said employees.

    Here at Blueyse, we have never had any claims or complaints from employees or clients about any potential human rights violations, nor was Blueyse involved in any human rights incidences before or during the reporting period.

Labour

  • Our primary objective is provide exceptional and inspirational services to all our employees and people we work with. Our employment procedures and internal culture are representative of this.

    Blueyse complies with minimum wage standards.
    Blueyse establishes programs to promote access to skills development training and to particular occupations.
    Blueyse promotes personal and respectful connections without our employees.
    Blueyse maintains safe working conditions for all employees, freelancers, and clients.

    Blueyse offers a third party agency that allows employees to speak about grievances or complaints. We have received no grievances or complaints from employees or others in relation to labor rights violations, nor was the organization involved in any labour rights incidences before or during the reporting period. We conduct weekly bilateral meetings for employees to speak privately to management about any personal, or work related issues.

Environment

  • We support precautionary measures to environmental challenges, and strive to undertake initiatives to promote greater environmental responsibilities. We are actively working on reducing the negative impacts of our organization’s actions on the environment

    We offer work-from-home options to reduce carbon emissions
    We promote the use of electric cars and public transport
    We support scientific research, including independent and public research, on related issues of sustainability
    We ensure transparency and unbiased dialogue with stakeholders
    We recycle and discard our waste in an appropriate manner (including plastics and E-waste)
    We promote the use of sustainable third party production agency for our products

    Here at Blueyse, we encourage our internal culture to be eco-friendly both in the office and in our employee’s personal lives. There have been no reports of us misusing energy or natural resources.

Anti-Corruption

  • Blueyse acknowledges the importance of working against corruption. We believe in having trust in our customers and employees and proceed to offer the same confidence towards others.

  • We do not offer or receive any gifts, loans, reward or other advantages to or from any person. We provide total transparency on all services we provide. Should we discover that bribery or fraud allegations are imposed against a third party performing work at Blueyse, we will review our relationship with that party and take appropriate action.

    There have been no cases of corruption in the line of our work. If a situation were to arise, Blueyse will take appropriate action and withdraw from the assignment.
