    It is a pleasure to confirm that CSR Consulting - Sustainability and Circular Economy Advisory S.A.S. of C.V. reaffirms its support for the Ten Principles of the United Nations Global Compact in the areas of human rights, labour, the environment and anti-corruption.

    In this annual Communication on Progress, we describe our actions to continuously improve the integration of the Global Compact and its principles into our business strategy, culture and daily operations. We are also committed to sharing this information with our stakeholders through our main communication channels.

Human Rights
  • Assessment, policy and goals
  • Description of the relevance of human rights for the company (i.e. human rights risk-assessment). Description of policies, public commitments and company goals on Human Rights.

  • Provide a reporting channel for employees and interest groups.
    Support workers to work and develop in a favorable environment that can offer equal opportunities.

    Hire employees based on their recognition and merit, regardless of race, color, ethnicity, gender, identity, age, religion, disability or any other class.

  • Through the key performance indicators of complaints that the company has as cases presented, number of irregular complaints, among others. There has never been any irregular case or violation of rights because what does it mean that the implementation of training and policies has worked for the company.

Labour

    Implement active and passive management of performance indicators.
    We have flexible working conditions such as flex-time, which is a job based on objectives.

    Reduction of our emissions caused by the use of transportation, thus reducing our scope 1 emissions.
    Guarantee an efficient use of water in our activities.
    Creation of a waste management procedure to reduce the waste that is generated and adopt a culture of recycling with the aim of minimizing our impact on ecosystems.

  • All our emissions and waste that exist within the company are monitored, year after year we continue to monitor to observe the progress of the company in terms of energy efficiency, emission reduction, among other things.

Anti-Corruption

    Give conferences for collaborators and interest groups on good practices and corruption.
    Have a complaint channel and procedure to report if there is any case of corruption within the company or with any complaint or claim from an interest group.
    Creation of a protocol for sensitive transactions to prevent bribery by our clients.
