  • As a Part of Company CSR Policy we follow all the Human rights principles and follow the UNGC human rights process.

Human Rights

  • We have defined the human rights policy, and based on that we follow all the process, no cases of violation or complaint of human rights observed in the factory.

  • We have given the training to team regarding the policies and regular monitoring is done.

  • NO cases of violation of the human rights is observed and performance is as per the expectation and target

Labour

  • Description of the relevance of labour rights for the company (i.e. labour rights-related risks and opportunities). Description of written policies, public commitments and company goals on labour rights.

  • We have prepared the labour and human rights policy covering the principle of child labour, forced labour, discrimination issue and collective bargaining.

  • Implementation
  • Description of concrete actions taken by the company to implement labour policies, address labour risks and respond to labour violations.

  • We have given the training to the team regarding the same and regular monitoring is done by the HR team.

  • Measurement of outcomes
  • Description of how the company monitors and evaluates performance.

  • Monthly monitoring of the criteria is done and we are of achieving 100 % for labour practices.

Environment
  • Assessment, policy and goals
  • Description of the relevance of environmental protection for the company (i.e. environmental risks and opportunities). Description of policies, public commitments and company goals on environmental protection.

  • We have prepared the Environment policy based the defined principles

  • Implementation
  • Description of concrete actions to implement environmental policies, address environmental risks and respond to environmental incidents.

  • We have done the aspect impact analysis of the process based on the Environmental requirements, also we follow all the requirement of the ISO 14001 environmental management system to ensure the compliance, regular trainings and internal audit are carried out to check the environmental objectives are met or not.

  • Our all the environmental objectives are met and as such we have not received any non compliance in environment audits, Also no non compliance from rgularity local pollution control boards have been received.

Anti-Corruption

  • We have defined the business ethics policy to meet the requirements.

  • Regular training sessions for the team are carried out to ensure the compliance, necessary review by compliance manager

  • Measurement of outcomes
  • Description of how the company monitors and evaluates anti-corruption performance.

  • We are following the policy and necessary reporting are done, no deviation is observed, we are inline of achieving the objectives.
