Graded S.p.A. it has long since adopted and implemented a risk organization, management and control model, referring to the application areas of Legislative Decree no. 231 of 2001 (Italian National Law).
In 2020, the corporate DVR was integrated with the assessments and identification of risks in the workplace and the related identification of protection and prevention measures.
The company adheres to the European certification SA 8000: 2014 (certifies some aspects of corporate management relating to social and corporate responsibility.
Other European certifications:

- UNI EN ISO 14001;
- OHSAS 18001.Also, we follow Law 81/08, or the Consolidated Law on Safety, regulates the protection of the health and safety of workers in the workplace.

Graded S.p.A. is a company that strongly believes in gender equality: in fact, 60% of the Board of Directors it is made up of women under 36, and in the last year of the total number of new hires 75% are women.
In accordance with the latest updates on corporate welfare, the company for the three-year period 2017 - 2019 and continuously in the years 2020 - 2021 has chosen to provide, for its employees, goods such as fuel vouchers or meal vouchers, as well as describe all employees to the additional health care fund of the META SAlute fund. In addition, to protect the health of employees in this period of the COVID-19 pandemic, the company has implemented a Smart Working project, providing essential software and hardware tools to be able to work at home.

Graded S.p.A. has identified middle management figures who are responsible for monitoring compliance with the principles of social responsibility for all workers through a series of KPIs that are collected and assessed by management control quarterly, once the objectives to be achieved at the beginning have been set of the exercise.

Graded S.p.A. has prepared a sharing of value with stakeholders. Graded S.p.A. guarantees the quality and safety of its services, guaranteeing suitable criteria for the selection of suppliers and full traceability of the expected results.
Graded S.p.A. experiments with a tested system for protecting the health and safety of workers, operating from a safety and sustainability perspective. Safeguarding the environment and being sustainable from a social point of view allows us to reap greater benefits in terms of trust from customers, credit institutions or financial partners who want to accompany our growth process.
To this end, both the workplace and the supply chain must ensure compliance with the following requirements:

Description of concrete actions taken by the company to implement labour policies, address labour risks and respond to labour violations.

Pursuant to Legislative Decree 231 of 2021, Graded S.p.A. has submitted to the control of the supervisory body, made up of 3 members, specialized in tax, criminal and quality matters which in fact promotes ethical behavior and prevents the commission of the offenses provided for by law 231; supports and improves the corporate image both internally and externally.
Consistently with the DDPR model adopted by the company in 2018, specific instructions and authorizations were given for the processing of sensitive and private data of its employees, customers and suppliers.
Graded is the first private facility in Central Southern Italy to have obtained and renewed the quality certification 9001: 2000 (VISION 2000). Furthermore, we have been certified since 2017 and it has been renewed after 3 years. The certificate concerns social responsibility, for the safeguarding of obligations towards workers, and identifies Graded with a code of ethics addressed to workers and outsiders.

The company has its own code of ethics signed by all employees, because Graded pays great attention to the main resource: human capital, in alignment with the principles of the SA 8000 certification, respects the gender mix in terms of salary, number of employees and equal opportunities for candidates in the recruiting phase.

Graded S.p.A. to achieve its objective of reducing the environmental impact, it has acquired:
- UNI EN ISO 140001: 2015 certification (standard voluntarily chosen by the company to implement the improvement of its environmental management system);
- UNI CEI EN ISO 50001: 2018 (certification for compliance with the requirements of best performance in energy management).
Since 2014 Graded S.p.A. is an ESCo, that is an Energy Service Company

Globally, Graded monitors the reduction of GHGs, trees saved and CO2eq emissions thanks to the construction of new renewable and cogeneration plants; with regard to local impacts, on the other hand, thanks to these Graded systems, it allows small companies to economically save on consumption, to reduce the pressure on the national electricity grid, to live better and to redevelop neighborhoods or areas where there is no facility access to services.
Graded is also engaged in research and development projects that include partners operating in the public and private sectors. Aware that constant and considerable attention to research and development is a fundamental lever for being competitive on the market, GRADED S.p.A continues its path characterized by direct participation in Research and Development projects.
In particular, Graded is paying close attention to the development of green hydrogen-based alternative technologies.Graded is also an active member of IRENA, The International Renewable Energy Agency, an intergovernmental organisation that supports countries in their transition to a sustainable energy future, and serves as the principal platform for international cooperation, a centre of excellence, and a repository of policy, technology, resource and financial knowledge on renewable energy. IRENA promotes the widespread adoption and sustainable use of all forms of renewable energy, including bioenergy, geothermal, hydropower, ocean, solar and wind energy in the pursuit of sustainable development, energy access, energy security and low-carbon economic growth and prosperity.
In 2021 we took part of a white paper on "Mexico Scale Up for Renewable Energy".

In order to correctly control the greenhouse gas emissions generated by the direct and indirect activities of the company and to evaluate their increase / decrease, Graded S.p.A. monitors the needs of the various energy carriers and the production of climate-alternating gases from managed and owned energy production plants, such as:
- Natural gas Consumption;
- Electricity;
- Transport;
- Water;
- Wasting.Graded S.p.A. monitors the following SDGs:

Legality rating: registration in the list of the guarantor for legality, with a score of 3/3 (from 2016).

Being part of the white list, we guarantee the total absence of interference or participation in any mafia association and corruption of environmental systems. In fact, this registration on the white list allows us to participate in tenders. Graded S.p.A. protects against subcontractors and suppliers who are used, asking them to sign the anti-mafia declaration.
