I am pleased to confirm that The Rainforest Company AG reaffirms its support of the Ten Principles of the United Nations Global Compact in the areas of Human Rights, Labour, Environment and Anti-Corruption.
In this annual Communication on Progress, we describe our actions to continually improve the integration of the Global Compact and its principles into our business strategy, culture and daily operations. We also commit to sharing this information with our stakeholders using our primary channels of communication.

At the Rainforest Company, transparency and traceability in our supply chain are a key priority. We want to make sure that the way our superfood is being produced, grown, or made is not having a negative impact on people or the planet. That’s why we are putting a great emphasis on creating a strong, long-term relationship with our suppliers and why we only work with those who adhere to our vision on sustainability and work with the same
standards as we do. We have established this Supplier Code of Conduct to clarify the minimum standards expected from our business partners that are directly or indirectly part of our value chain.
The supplier Code of Conduct applies to all business partners, referred to as suppliers, agents, distribution centers, distributors - as well as their subcontractors and other suppliers (hereinafter referred also as business partner), that are in a business relationship with The Rainforest Company.

We are B Corp Certified, only work with suppliers that are committed to our supplier code of conduct. Every employee receives a Handbook with a code of conduct in the office, The Rainforest Company has the "Open door policy", where if any kind of break of the office code of conduct the employee has free access to talk to the CEO or the Human Resources manager.
