In our purpose journey to be and create triple win organisations, I am pleased to confirm that Stay Future Proof reaffirms its support of the Ten Principles of the United Nations Global Compact in the areas of Human Rights, Labour, Environment and Anti-Corruption. We know that embedding a purpose in our operations, and that of our clients, we can create and accelerate positive impact for the environment, communities and businesses.
In this annual Communication on Progress, we describe our actions to continually improve the integration of the Global Compact and its principles into our business strategy, culture and daily operations as that of our Stay Future Proof clients.

- Human Rights
- Assessment, policy and goals

Stay Future Proof has publicly announced and committed to the UNGC's 10 principles, where principles 1 and 2 focus on Human Rights. These are in accordance with the International Labor Organization’s Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work. We also expect our suppliers to take these principles seriously, and won't engage in business with organisations that knowingly do not address these.

In order to ensure a proper implementation, we try to only buy our services from B-Corps or organisations that share 10 principles commitment. These are often included in our RfP's.

We measure this by the amount of services we procure from our suppliers that adhere to the UNGC's 10 principles.
- Labour

In accordance with principles 3 to 6, Stay Future Proof has also signed a pledge with the ILO for Child Labour Eradication. In addition, we truly believe in the power of diversity and inclusion. Hence we focus on creating a diverse team where inclusion is the fundament.

Stay Future Proof has taken the Labour Principles seriously through signing and living up to the ILO Pledge for the elimination of Child Labour and human resource policies and procedures supporting the Labour principles e.g. inclusion & diversity. In addition we have flexible working hours and a L&D budget to enable people personal and professional growth.

We have created a balanced team with respect to gender, ethnicity and age. In addition we score a 8 on employee satisfaction, with 10 being the highest.
- Environment

We take the Paris Agreement seriously and hence strive to address on environmental issues, including prevention and management of environmental risks. This is extended to out business partners and suppliers to adhere to the environmental principles.
In addition we gave climate training to all of our employees to raise awareness and their competence in addressing these challenges.
