评估”纳入评价体系。公司尊重人权并努力防止侵犯人权事件的发生,员工可通
过意见箱,总经理电话、邮箱等及时举报或投诉侵犯人权事件。由于公司各领导
层对人权的重视,未发生过侵犯人权行为。

人,遵循男女平等原则。公司遵循按劳分配、同工同酬的原则,按时足额发放工
资、奖金等,从未发生过拖欠行为。公司依法按期为员工缴纳“五险”,公司饭
堂为员工提供健康安全的工作饮食。公司有完善的工会组织。公司设有完整的员
工职业发展通道,促进了员工爱岗敬业、积极工作。为保障员工的健康,公司每
年为员工进行健康体检。为保障员工的安全,公司不定期对员工进行培训,同时
外派员工去培训机构进行种技能培训等。
