    我很高兴确认重庆江小白酒业有限公司重申支持联合国全球契约组织关于人权、劳工、环境和反腐败的十项原则。
    重庆江小白酒业有限公司创立于2012年，是一家拥有酒业全产业链的公司。
    一直以来，我们恪守承诺，在市场、工作场地以及所在社区，努力实施全球契约的原则。我们也将采用自己的方式去影响我们的合作伙伴，传递全球契约原则。我们相信，我们不是实施全球契约原则的一座孤岛。
    在这份年度进展情况通报中，我们将说明自身在持续推进全球契约及其原则融入企业战略、文化和日常运营方面采取的行动。

Human Rights

  • 重庆江小白酒业有限公司一直把对联合国《世界人权宣言》的支持作为对我们所肩负的社会责任的承诺的一个重要的组成部分。我们的承诺意味着我们会持续不断地努力，通过制定崇高的目标并且把对人权的关心融入到我们的日常商业活动当中来加强我们对社会的责任。
    人民幸福生活是最大的人权。我们建立充分尊重人权的价值体系，向全社会传播尊重人权的理念，提倡“人比酒贵”“创享愉悦”，并将之作为公司业务的评估标准之一。

Labour

  • 我公司的所有的员工—不管他们的层次或资格如何—都有权为了保护个人的和集体的利益去组织和加入工会。

  • 公司内部已经成立了员工工会，公司承认工会代表的作用，这些工会代表不会受到任何歧视，而且我们保证会因为参加工会活动给予他们相应的缺工补助并且会给他们提供与在工作场所的人员进行沟通的各种设施。
    我们通过建设集团工会组织，积极宣传中国共产党的路线方针政策，团结群众，维护职工合法权益，建设先进企业文化。
    我反对非法使用童工、对儿童劳动的剥削利用以及其他所有对待工人的不可接受的各种形式，我们在招聘过程中建立了严格的审查机制，确保所有公司员工的最低年龄超过十八岁。
    我公司一直不变地关注、尊重和促进以无歧视原则对待我们的各级别员工，我们特别重视员工的工作环境、职业发展和培训，并组建了专业部门发挥作用。
    我们在与所有员工的劳动协议中都提到了男女之间的平等问题，全员购买养老保险、医疗保险、失业保险、工伤保险和生育保险,以及住房公积金，着重确保女性员工的福利休假权利。

  • 我公司支持中华人民共和国中央人民政府宣布的碳达峰和碳中和目标愿景，该愿景是基于推动实现可持续发展的内在要求和构建人类命运共同体的责任担当作出的重大战略决策。
    我们积极相应中华人民共和国生态文明建设，承诺实行基于环境保护和节约资源的发展战略，并且积极地支持和参与生态保护以实现人类与自然的和谐发展。

  • 我公司将高效、生态的理念融入全产业链的打造过程，致力于在智慧农业、现代工厂、能源高效利用、包装供应链等领域实现可持续发展，为社会提供现代而年轻化的环保案例。
    我公司十分重视公司经营对环境的影响，作为横跨农业、工业、服务业的现代企业，江小白愿意与用户、行业一道，重视、倡议、鼓励公众重视自身生存环境，共同构建清洁低碳安全高效的新时代。
    我们成立了安全环保部门，通过制定产品生产标准化流程、采用创新科技，尽最大可能地消除废弃物的产生。

  • 我们通过加装高效节能设备、回收利用污水、精细化管理等方式，使2020年全年水能消耗下降7.9%、电能消耗下降5.8%、天然气消耗下降8.4%，每吨白酒生产费用降低1%。
    我们不断提升产品包装低碳化、供应链生态环保标准，践行低碳生产经营承诺，承担企业公民责任。

Anti-Corruption
