公司严格遵守国家劳动法律法规,依法与全体员工签订劳动合同。公司现有员工 36 人,其中男职员23人,女职员13人,遵循男女平等原则。公司遵循按劳分配、同工同酬的原则,按时足额发放工资、奖金等,从未发生过拖欠行为。公司依法按期为员工购买保险。公司设有完整的员工职业发展通道,促进了员工爱岗敬业、积极工作。公司通过了ISO45001:2018职业健康安全管理体系认证。为保障员工的健康,公司每年为员工进行健康体检,不定期对员工进行培训,同时外派员工去培训机构进行种技能培训等。

公司通过了ISO14001:2004环境管理体系认证,对噪声、水、空气等污染进行源头控制;公司采用无纸化办公、北斗导航行系统,对司机进行了环保培训,并淘汰了国5以下的车辆,制定用车管理管理规定,杜绝超载、空载及疲劳驾驶等情况。
