To UN Global Compact,
I am very pleased to confirm that (Danfe Works Enterprises Nepal) upholds the Ten Principle of the United Nations Global Compact in the areas of Human Rights, Labour, Environment and Anti-Corruption.
As an enterprise we are making an effort to emerge as a company that embodies all the facets of sustainability namely social, economic and environment. With this communication, we express our intent to advance those principles within our sphere of influence. We as en enterprise is committed to making the Global Compact and its ten principles part of the strategy, culture and day-to-day operations of our company, and to engaging in collaborative projects which advance the border development goals of the United Nations, particularly the Sustainable Development Goals.Best,

As an enterprise we give equal opportunity to all individual without any bias related to gender, ethnic background, caste etc. We want to also reach out to more disadvantaged population giving more opportunities through training and employment.

We have a strong mechanism to communicate directly to line manager in regard to any violation of Human Rights.

Monthly meeting is set with all the team members to share or give feedback in the working structure and culture of the enterprise. This will give a platform to address any issues if incurred. Also The HR Officer is always available to handle situations is emerged.
