    I am pleased to confirm that WUXI PUTIAN IRON CORE CO.,LTD. reaffirms its support of the Ten Principles of the United Nations Global Compact in the areas of Human Rights, Labour, Environment and Anti-Corruption.

    In this annual Communication on Progress, we describe our actions to continually improve the integration of the Global Compact and its principles into our business strategy, culture and daily operations. We also commit to share this information with our stakeholders using our primary channels of communication.

Human Rights

  • 普天铁心一直秉持《世界人权宣言》的宗旨,坚持把维护人权作为企业的经营的任务和目标之一。公司最高管理总经理王向阳承诺尊重并支持人权的政策,并签发了尊重人权的声明张贴于公告栏。普天铁心致力于在各项经营管理活动中,贯彻“以人为本”的理念,完善企业关于人权的相关制度,建设以人为本的企业文化,促进企业持续健康发展。

  • 普天铁心建立了保障员工合法权利的人力资源政策和程序。1.《人事招聘录用标准程序》尊重劳动者的平等就业和岗位选择的自由,涉及聘用、报酬、培训机会、升迁、解职或退休等事项上,普天铁心在性别、民族、宗教、政治或其他上明确严禁歧视,本公司残疾人士占总人数的比例为1%;2、《人事薪酬评定标准程序》为员工提供公正、良好的工作条件,包括:公平、公开、透明的工资制度,同工同酬;3、《人事社保福利标准程序》明确全体员工享有休息休假权、工龄津贴、住房补助、交通补助等福利;4、每半年举办一次员工座谈会,充分吸收员工的建议与意见,充分尊重和认同员工主体地位,提高员工满意度,增强企业凝聚力。

  • 普天铁心以总经理王向阳先生为首的高层领导,通过每月例会的形式来检查和评估“制度建设”的符合性、适宜性、充分性和有效性,通过半年定期的员工座谈会面对面的了解员工的心声,并对员工的建议或者意见形成记录,在一周内给予回应并把处理结果张贴至公告栏。

  • 普天铁心基于企业运作和管理制度建设为立足点,制定了关于员工权利和责任、以及收入和福利的书面政策——《人事薪酬评定标准程序》、《人事社保福利标准程序》、《员工手册》,其中包括了岗位基本信息、职业发展方向、薪资收入结构、岗位隶属关系、岗位沟通关系、岗位职责描述、主要工作权限、工作时间和工作环境等要素,清楚说明员工权利和责任。

  • 普天铁心在2015年建立了OHSAS18001体系,并持续有效的进行着,2018年6月已通过了体系再认证。新员工入厂进行三级安全教育并在员工到岗位前配备劳保防护用品并做好职前健康体检;每月定期发放劳保防护用品;每年定期做好职业卫生现场检测、三废一噪检测,承诺为员工创造和保持一个健康的安全工作环境。
