  • 2018年,天创市场部加大了企业CSR工作的内部宣传,通过电子季刊的形式,像天创集团全体同事宣传环保经验及日常CSR的工作宣传。加强员工对企业CSR工作的了解,让更多的员工参与到CSR活动中来,能自主的帮助别人,在社会中成长的同时,还能回馈社会,是天创多年企业社会责任的一部分。同时,天创也通过自身力量,将这种能力传播到行业中去,让更多专业音视频行业的同行加入到公益的行列中来。

  • 2018年是天创数码集团成立的第24周年,也是其致力于公益的第24年。自2010年加入联合国全球契约组织,天创数码集团始终坚持全球契约人权、劳工、环境和反腐败的事项原则,多次倡导使用低碳新能源、新技术,在业务发展不断前进的同时,公司也一直在助力环境保护、弱势群体关爱、教育支持等社会公益事业,相继在北京、上海、广州等地各大高校开展了助学金项目。并将“适用即可”的环保理念不断延续推广,并渗透到实际的项目建设中去。同时也获得了一些社会环保组织的认可,荣获了相关公益、环保奖项。
    天创数码集团也积极参与阿拉善SEE组织的各项活动,曾在“一亿棵梭梭树”项目中,为其捐赠了16,000颗梭梭树。作为阿拉善SEE的创始会员及现任的监事长,天创数码集团的董事长周洲先生,也一直致力于公益事业,从未懈怠。
    对于99公益日活动,天创数码集团从8月中旬开始预热,到9月7日正式启动,历时近一个月。功夫不负有心人,此次活动受到广泛关注,活动开展的短短三天,受天创辐射的参与人数就达到近2000人。
    对于参加99公益日企业配捐的活动,天创数码集团董事长周洲先生表示,此次项目只是天创在公益事业迈出的一小步,公益事业任重而道远。在未来的路上,天创数码集团还将与爱同行,致力公益。

  • 2017年11月7日,阿拉善SEE生态协会2017年度会员大会在湖南长沙召开,第七届管理团队换届选举也在大会期间举行,天创数码集团董事长周洲再次当选为监事长。
    2018年,周洲先生继续坚持自己的公益事业,并与阿拉善SEE有着密切的合作。6月,周洲以阿拉善SEE生态协会监事长的身份出席了由阿拉善SEE公益机构主办的“2℃正在改变的未来·第六届中国企业绿色契约论坛”。2018年8月,周洲参加了阿拉善SEE黑龙江中心的成立发布会,见证了黑龙江项目中心的工委选举与成立。后又参加了三江源项目中心的成立,并宣布了三江源工委的选举过程合法有效。9月,周洲先生又奔赴任小米的秋收活动,代表华北区参加收割 比赛,并取得第一名。
    环境保护是周洲关注的方向之一,在企业发展初期,周洲就将CSR(企业社会责任)写入企业发展战略,天创在得到社会认可的同时,更强调参与营造一个有道德、有爱心、有责任感的社会环境。周洲认为,企业的成功不光是老板和员工的努力,也受益于社会经济资源的扶持,所以他一直公益事业视为己任,积极寻求回馈方式,扶助社会。并且,多年如一日的带领天创团队投身CSR事业中,通过切身的行动,感染更多的员工参与回馈社会大众。
