    To our stakeholders:

    I am pleased to confirm that Wild Fusion Ltd. reaffirms its support of the Ten Principles of the United Nations Global Compact in the areas of Human Rights, Labour, Environment and Anti-Corruption.

    In this annual Communication on Progress, we describe our actions to continually improve the integration of the Global Compact and its principles into our business strategy, culture and daily operations. We also commit to sharing this information with our stakeholders using our primary channels of communication.

Human Rights

    Our organisational handbook contains our policy which spells out our support and belief in the fundamental Human Rights

Labour

    Our policy handbook clearly states employee rights and responsibilities along with their compensation and benefits

    Our stakeholders, partners and 3rd party (vendors or suppliers) are expected to adhere to the Global Compact Labour principles when dealing with us.
    We uphold the freedom of association and collective bargaining and the elimination of forced labour, child labour and employment discrimination

  • Our staff have contracts which points to the voluntary nature of their employment; also we provide acceptance letter of employment which spells out the process for the termination of employment.
    Wild Fusion Ltd. has a policy that prevents the employment of individuals who are less than 18 years of age. We are an equal rights employer.

Environment

  • We have a policy around product substitutions based on environmental considerations where necessary in our dealings.
    Our staff are prohibited from providing our services to companies, groups and organisations that exploit UNESCO World Heritage Sites, involved with trading or hunting endangered species, companies involved in illicit trading, mining or processing of natural resources.

  • We give priority to organisations that are signatories to the United Nations Global Compact whilst actively encouraging our clients to become signatories.

Anti-Corruption

  • Wild Fusion Ltd has an established policy of zero tolerance for corruption, bribery and extortion, we take an active stand and do support the UN Convention Against Corruption.
    Our code of ethics and conduct states in clear terms modalities for all employees where it concerns corruption in its many forms including inducement, giving, receiving or extortion.

  • We have a whistle blowing policy about anti-corruption where staff can report non-conforming activities without reprisals

  • We have external audits performed on our processes and finances at least once a year. Internal checks, balances and reviews are conducted at departmental level.
