    I am pleased to confirm that Entreprise Tunisienne des Activités Pétrolières (ETAP) reaffirms its support of the Ten Principles of the United Nations Global Compact in the areas of Human Rights, Labour, Environment and Anti-Corruption.

    In this annual Communication on Progress, we describe our actions to continually improve the integration of the Global Compact and its principles into our business strategy, culture and daily operations. We also commit to share this information with our stakeholders using our primary channels of communication.

  • The company's policy is based on two axes: the development of human resources and the protection of human capital.

  • Implementation

  • - Renovation project of the former company headquarters
    - Training sessions in cooperation with several bodies such as the French Institute of Cooperation, higher education institutions through co-constructed master's degrees and internship proposals.

    - Conclusion of agreements with several insurance organisations and updating of agreements with clinics;

    - Prevention of professional risks and improvement of working conditions within the company in coordination of the Occupational Health and Safety Committee (OHSC)

  • Entreprise Tunisienne des Activités Pétrolières (ETAP) has different levels of involvement:

    The work plan focused on :
    - energy management
    - Search for technical solutions (such as the capture and treatment of flared gas to reduce the greenhouse effect in the atmosphere)

  • - Cooperation project to treat water generated by oil activity
    - Use of new technologies in HSE (a new ecological automatic fire extinguishing system)

Anti-Corruption
