Human Rights

Environment

  • 苏州友汇五金环境安全管理制度:
    让本厂全体员工明确公司正常作业下的环境健康与安全.

    适用于本厂各职能部门.
    3.1 工厂已制订的相关方针和目标及成套的作业守则,分发于各部门,方针和目
    标公开张贴,全面培训各级员工,并有记录可查.
    3.2 工厂已任命万小川为环境健康安全事务的联络员,负责统筹有关环境健康安全的相关事务,并使相关管理规定得到实施.EHS委员会职责如下:
    a. 贯彻国家的安全生产方针、政策、法规、法令和各项安全工作任务;
    b. 制订工厂安全生产制度,安全工作方法和各项安全技术措施;
    c. 开展员工安全生产培训和考核;
    d. 指导和监督所属单位安全生产和环境卫生健康工作
    e. 开展安全生产和检查活动,纠正违章违纪事件,及时消除事故隐患,调查分析和处理安全生产事故;
    f. 贯彻总经办交办的其它工作及员工的健康工作;
    g. 推行管理标准,认真落实EHS各项规章制度.
    3.3全厂各级员工都有权力了解环境健康安全规则、安全操作规程、环境健康安全活动和其它同他们工作有关的环境健康安全资料等等.通过人事部举行全厂各级员工培训、车间培训、班组培训或将环境健康安全数据张贴于各部门公告栏内.与员工代表有效的沟通,使EHS相关规定在全厂各车间得到有效的推广.
    3.4员工对环境健康安全问题的意见和关注的表达形式:全厂各级员工都有表达他们对环境健康安全问题的意见和关注,本厂设有董事长投诉信箱;所有员工投诉均有回复,并有记录;
    3.5工厂对有潜在危害的新物料,如原先未使用过或无MSDS,EHS委员会知会采购员立即要求其供货商编写标准的MSDS,对车间使用员工进行培训,合格后使用.
    3.6所有进入公司的油漆类、洗手液类都有清晰的标示,按公司指定的区域存放,专人保管发放,并且存放的地点都有张贴MSDS.

    节约用电:将照明灯换成节能灯具、缩短电脑待机时间、空调达到规定温度开启
    节能低碳:积极参与“地球一小时”
    节约用水:卫生间水龙头更换为限时出水龙头
