    Nace en el año 2011 con la misión de ayudar a la empresa paraguaya en la adecuación de sus procesos a los paradigmas de desarrollo sustentable y ayudar al crecimiento del país.

    CSN Py Consultores ha formalizado este compromiso mediante su adhesión a los 10 principios del Pacto Global en el año 2015.

    Durante el año 2015 por lo tanto hemos estado abocados a la adecuación de nuestros procesos de negocio para adaptarlos al cumplimiento de los compromisos que hemos adquirido .

    CSN Consultores tiene el placer de comunicar que renovamos nuestro compromiso con los Diez Principios del Pacto Global de las Naciones Unidas en las áreas de derechos humanos, derechos laborales, medio ambiente y anti corrupción.

    Describimos en el presente comunicado de progreso las acciones que hemos realizado durante el año 2015.

  • Durante el año 2015 no hemos planteado formalizar nuestras políticas en relación con los Derechos Humanos, trabajando específicamente sobre los aspectos relaciones con la igualdad de género y el aseguramiento de la no contratación con empresas que no respeten los derechos humanos de sus trabajadores.

    Para el año 2016, nuestros objetivos serán la involucración mayor en las actividades del Pacto y la difusión entre nuestros clientes de la necesidad de la implementación de una política de derechos humanos en la actividad empresarial paraguaya.

  • Durante el año 2015 hemos participado activamente en la mesa de trabajo de derechos humanos y empresa y en las actividades que en capacitación y difusión de los principios del pacto se han desarrollado en Paraguay.

    Asimismo, hemos adaptado nuestras políticas para asegurar que en nuestras contrataciones, tanto a colaboradores como proveedores de insumos se hagan con empresas que tienen dentro de sus políticas e historial el respeto por los derechos humanos, especialmente en relación con la discriminación de género.

  • Con el fin de asegurar que no se vulneran los derechos de trabajadores y es posible que estos tengan continuidad laboral, hemos decidido el traslado de nuestras oficinas a un centro internacional de coworking. Este centro respeta escrupulosamente los derechos de los trabajadores que prestan servicios de secretariado a CSN Consultores.

    En relación con los colaboradores contratados por obra, todos nuestro procesos contemplan el cumplimiento estricto de la legalidad en cuanto a el presupuesto, aceptación y posterior pago de los servicios prestados por estos colaboradores.

    En el caso de contratación con terceras empresas nuestros procesos exigen el cumplimiento de las leyes laborales, inscripción en la seguridad social y respeto por las normas de seguridad industrial. Se exige a las empresas documentación que avale el cumplimiento de estas normas.

    - La puesta en marcha de oficina sin papeles en casi la totalidad de nuestra operativa, logrando un importante ahorro del consumo de papelería y insumos de impresión.

    - La utilización de espacios de coworking como sede de nuestras oficinas, logrando con esto un uso racional de aire acondicionado, energía, insumos.
