I am pleased to confirm that OTS Assembly Srl reaffirms its support of the Ten Principles of the United Nations Global Compact in the areas of Human Rights, Labour, Environment and Anti-Corruption.
In this annual Communication on Progress, we describe our actions to continually improve the integration of the Global Compact and its principles into our business strategy, culture and daily operations. We also commit to share this information with our stakeholders using our primary channels of communication.

OTS Assembly continues its activity of awareness about respect of human rights.
No distinction in terms of race, sex, language or religion is applied or tolerated.

As in the past years, communication and example are considered the best ways to implement and integrate a proper culture of respect of human rights.
Organization chart of the company is vertical from a functional point of view related to the productive process, but it's horizontal in terms of values and respect of human being.

All the results are direclty observed by the management of the company.
Small dimensions of this family driven company permit to have unfiltered and very quick feedbacks.

The base idea is that work is above all a right and that no kind of exploitation can be implemented rather tolerated.
Of course workers are free to organize to find a proper representative to communicate with the management. Even if this is not necessary cause every worker has the right and freedom to express his proper opinion.

All workers have a proper salary and no one of them is forced to overwork.

The results of this policy are, as for the previous and following point, observed directly by the management who has a continuous and useful confront with all the members of the company.

Respect and preservation of environment are considered foundamental from an ethic point of view, but also for the business itself.

The inscreasing attention to the environment is moving the company in the direction of "green applications". All devices are not over, but properly dimensioned to avoid excessive energy consumptions.
Garbage and materials disposal is managed with attention and in full respect of actual laws.
