To our shareholders,
I am pleased to confirm that Oceanic Group Pte Ltd reaffirms its support of the Ten Principles of the United Nations Global Compact in the areas of Human Rights, Labour, Environment and Anti-Corruption.
In this annual Communication in Progress, we describe our actions to continually improve the integration of the Global Compact and its principles into our business strategy, culture and daily operations. We also commit to share this information with our shareholders using our primary channel of communication.

1.1 Push for Respect of Human Rights
- We will respect all international standards of conduct with regards to human rights. We do not get in any conduct that obstructs with human rights1.2 Eliminating Discrimination
We will respect all employees and everybody during treatment of employees and during transactions and all other company functions/activities.We have set up Oceanic Code of Conduct and HR policies to state our position clear to all suppliers, employees and other working partners. It includes human rights, labour, environmental requirements while complying with provisions in the other international conventions such as ILO Conventions

We have our Oceanic code and HR policies in the office so that all employees will be able to see Oceanic code of conduct at all times.

1.1 Eliminating Discrimination
Oceanic will respect every individual's personality and character and all employees during company activities, transactions. Oceanic will not engage in any actions that hinder dignity and will not discriminate anybody base on gender, nationality, age, race and etc.
