    In this annual Communication on Progress, we describe our actions to continually improve the integration of the Global Compact and its principles into our business strategy, culture and daily operations. We also commit to share this information with our stakeholders using our primary channels of communication.

Human Rights
  • Assessment, policy and goals
  • Description of the relevance of human rights for the company (i.e. human rights risk-assessment). Description of policies, public commitments and company goals on Human Rights.

 our No.619 National Laws for Special Rules on the Labor Protection of Female Employees and our natioal special rules ont he labor protection of minor employees.

Labour

  • The company makes labor contract with each employees to protect the labors' right. and In our purchasing contract with our supplier,we will require our supplier to adhere our national labor laws.

  • We have passed the authentification of ISO 14001 Environmental management system and made environmental protection manual.Our aims for encvironmental protection are to realize green product,to eliminate potential dangers,to adhere to the regulations and laws and to keep continuous imprvement.

  • The ISO 14001 Standard system will audit our environmental system.And our government will monitor our emissions and treatment of waste gas, waste water, noise and waste residue.

  • Each month, the company will monitor and collect status of energy consumption and emission of waste.The result will be response to the high management and take actions to non-conformance.By now, no big environment accidents happens in our company and there is no relative complaints.

Anti-Corruption

  • Make up anti-corruption behavior regulation,The objective is zero corrution.In the purchasing contract with our suppliers ,note this item .

  • Each dept has a suggestion box and the componay posted the contact information of our high management to keep smooth communication way.The company regularly trains the emploees on anti-corrution policy.

  • High management regularly minitor our internal financial audit.The government also make a financial audit on our company.As for the corruption incident, the company will investigate and analyze the actual situation,ask the responsible to compensate the financial loss,relocate or dismiss him out of the company.
