Labour

  • ITA HOLD AD takes very seriously its obligation to provide safe working conditions for its personnel and for the personnel of its subsidiaries.

  • The company has a contract with a specialized consultant with the purpose to monitor and advise on the working conditions in the offices and to be responsible for the training of the staff in charge of initial and periodical personnel instruction.

Environment

  • ITA-HOLD AD considers that its most meaningful contribution can be in the field of the nature conservation.

  • ln 2011 and 2012 we were able to finalize two photovoltaic projects giving our no matter how small share in the diminishing of the environment impact of human activity. The company continues to spare no effort and finances in pursuing a project for combust in optimization in diesel engines. To diminish the negative impact on the environment the company has a policy for energy saving and for use of recycled paper whenever possible. The staff avoids the unnecessary printing of materials, leaflets and less important documents trying to decrease our carbon footprint. Similar efforts are made in conserving clean and potable water.

Anti-Corruption

  • The fair business competition is vital for a healthy economic and financial climate and ITA HOLD AD continues to be open and straight forward its dealings. The company does not in any way stimulate, support or encourage forms or acts of corruption in its business or in its
    dealing with thegovernment or local administration.

  • The company does not participate in any agreements or partnershipasi minga to achievingu nfair business advantages or privileges. The company management respects the national laws and the principles of the Global Compact concerning anticorruption.
