Human Rights
  • Assessment, policy and goals

  • Our Company pays attention to person post-suited talents, established a set of position qualification system to make a systematic analysis of position, and sets up employment standards and scientific assessment tools to evaluate talents’ personality and quality as the reference.
    We promote the selection mechanism of collective interview included by employing department, human resource department, branch leaders and external experts.
    These measures not only greatly improve the accuracy of “Zhirenshanren " and enable employees to obtain suitable characteristics of the post, but also pay attention to help the employees’ career plans and provide various occupation development channel for employees.

Labour
