Human Rights
  • Assessment, policy and goals
  • Description of the relevance of human rights for the company (i.e. human rights risk-assessment). Description of policies, public commitments and company goals on Human Rights.

  • Newbox is strong support to Human Right principle and adhered to Universal Declaration of Human Right.

  • Implementation
  • Description of concrete actions to implement Human Rights policies, address Human Rights risks and respond to Human Rights violations.

  • Our company is adhered to Malaysia Labour Law.
    Human Resource Department and Safety & Health commitees were assign to monitor and enforce on human right issue. Example here is employees are trained and provided with necessary personal protective equipment such as mask and glove.

  • Management will review human right adherence periodically and meet with employee representatives every month to discuss any work related issue including huaman right issue.

Labour

  • Description of the relevance of labour rights for the company (i.e. labour rights-related risks and opportunities). Description of written policies, public commitments and company goals on labour rights.

  • All company labour right are based on Malaysia Labour Laws.

  • Implementation
  • Description of concrete actions taken by the company to implement labour policies, address labour risks and respond to labour violations.

  • Management conduct monthly meeting with employee representive to discuss any work related issue.
    HR will inform on job function, salary, company benefits and company rules & regulation during interview section.
    Minimum age to join Newbox is 18 years.
    All job function & salary are base on employee suitability, education, position and condition.

  • Management will review Labour Right periodically and employees are allow to raise any issue during monthly meeting.

Environment

  • Newbox always committed on enviroment requirement which comply with ISO 9001:2008 regarding quality and enviroment requirements.

  • Newbox establish environment control SOP ( SOP-PP-09 Handling of Hazardous Substances )
    We appoint consultant for Chemical Health Risk Assessment (CHRA)
    We register all chemical used in production with JKKP/DOSH.
    We send the waste as ink sludge to approval collector.

Anti-Corruption
