I am pleased to confirm that Foshan Noble Metal Technology Co. Ltd. reaffirms its support of the Ten Principles of the United Nations Global Compact in the areas of Human Rights, Labour, Environment and Anti-Corruption.
In this annual Communication on Progress (COP), we explain our company policies and actions to continuously improve the integration of the Global Compact and its principles into our business strategy, culture and daily practices. We also commit to share this information with our stakeholders using our primary channels of communication.

佛山诺普材料科技有限公司遵照国家劳动法,在员工招聘,管理,以及职业健康,劳动安全,薪酬福利等各方面对员工所享有的权利,义务和福利都做了规定。在劳工招聘方面,公司严格把关,切实废除童工,反对歧视,提供平等就业机会。 在生产管理方面,不强迫或变相强制员工加班劳动。提高工作安全意识教育和培训,保障员工职业健康安全。在员工薪酬方面,公司严格执行国家规定的最低保障性工资规定,奖金部分则按照其绩效给予发放,2011年员工的基本工资较上年度提高了10-20%。公司并依法为有劳动合同的员工购买社会保险金。此外,在高温环境下作业的员工享有夏季高温补贴。
